Carrying capacity of up to 100 head cattle.
Looking for good water, bores or permanent creek and dams, improved pasture.
Cattle and horse facilities plus house and sheds.
Some hay making country would be advantageous.

Carrying capacity of between 300 and 600 breeders or equivalent dry cattle.

Needs to be predominantly White on a PMAV.

Looking for a property with good quality soils and water.

Condition of improvements, infrastructure or regrowth is not important, as they are prepared to do the necessary work.
